Working Lands Alliance is YOUR voice in Connecticut on protecting the thousands of acres of farmland that remain at risk for development. We have a lot of work to do, and we invite you to join the cause!
Join us – and share your passion for farmland preservation.
Benefits of WLA Membership
WLA keeps its members informed about key farmland preservation issues and notifies members when there are important opportunities to make your voice heard. As they say, it takes a village! Members are also invited to our Annual Meeting and Luncheon, a popular event featuring CT-grown fare prepared by some of the state’s finest chefs.
Volunteer Opportunities
WLA depends on the support of many volunteers for its policy, advocacy and education work. Do you have an interest in volunteering? Opportunities include distributing WLA materials at your event, assisting with writing, graphics, photography, or design work, helping with social networking efforts, etc. Contact WLA Project Director Chelsea Gazillo at cgazillo@farmland.org or 860-683-4230 for more information.
